One screen, one glance, every morning. Top row: yesterday's revenue vs target by branch. Middle row: aggregator rank movement. Bottom row: COGS variance. If any cell turns red, someone owns the action by 11am.

Track customers by acquisition month and watch their reorder behavior over 90 days. Most operators have no idea their 'busy' Friday nights are 80% one-time orderers. Real growth is repeat behavior — and it's the one number aggregators won't show you for free.
